The Company Behind Animal Stak
The company that founded Animal Stak is Animal.
Animal was founded in 1977.
The first product they launched was Animal Pak. Animal Pak was product promoted as the ‘Ultimate Training Pak’. It was a combination of a lot of different vitamins and herbs that gained a lot of acknowledging in the Bodybuilding scene.
In 2001 they started launching more products like Clothing, Nutrition, and Lifestyle. They stand for ‘No-Bullshit’ products.
They launched new products like Animal Whey, Animal M-Stak, Animal Energy, Animal Cuts and more.
They are one of the most known Supplement companies in the world and also a company that has been in business for a very long time.
You can say that the company is trustable and also respected in the bodybuilding community.
I personally used Animal Cuts and Animal Pak when I first started out with bodybuilding and working out. I had really high hopes and thought I would be the next Mr. Olympia I would take it.
Guess what, they didn’t do anything. The Animal Pak is just a big vitamin supplement, you probably don’t need all of those vitamins.
Ingredients of Animal Stak
A lot of people will fall for the big marketing.
Animal will show big bodybuilders like Frank McGrath using this product. This can be very misleading because he probably doesn’t even use this product but performance-enhancing drugs.
The ingredients of the product can make it or break it.
Let’s take a close look at the ingredients and what they do.
- Tribulus Terrestris Extract
A quick search in Google gave me some interesting results. Tribulus Terrestris Extract doesn’t boost your male Testosterone. A study showed that this supplement indeed did NOT increase Testosterone. It’s funny that they claim it will boost your testosterone.
- Eurycoma Longifolia Extract
A study done on this extract showed that there was NO boost in Testosterone. Researchers did a clinical trial with 36 male mice for 12 weeks. 1 group received nothing and the other group received 15/mg kg of Eurycoma. After 6 weeks the rats who used Eurycoma didn’t have any increase in Testosterone.
This is an interesting compound but it also has no real proof that it can boost your testosterone. A study done on 60 subjects showed no influence on hormonal parameters. Another study was done on Fenugreek and it indeed showed an increase in Testosterone, but no DHT. The dose was 500mg for 6 months. So, for results, you need to take a for at least a couple of months. The dosage was 600mg a day. Animal Pak has only 250mg of Fenugreek, so this is NOT proven and a little bit disappointing that they didn’t do their research.
- Stinging Nettle Root
Only one study has been done on the increase of testosterone if you take Stinging Nettle Root. The study was fairly large with 620 subjects. Both groups, so Placebo and the Serum group, had unchanged testosterone levels. So again, there is also no proof that Stinging Nettle Root is boosting Testosterone as they claim it does.
Are there even ingredients in Animal that DO boost your Testosterone backed by studies?
Yes, there are. But for some reason, they didn’t put that under their ‘Pro Testosterone Complex’.
Ashwagandha, for example, it’s scientifically proven that it can boost your natural testosterone and make you even more fertile.
The ingredients that are in Animal Pak are great. But, most of them are not proven to really boost your testosterone.
Also, the dosages that they use are way to low in comparison to the studies. So you get a little bit of every vitamin but not the optimal effects.
Should you try Animal Pak?
In my opinion, if you are looking for a good Testosterone Booster, there are better options.
The ingredients that they use are good but they use a very low dosage. As I have mentioned before, you will not get the full effects!
Another thing is that they market their products with big expectations but don’t deliver REAL results.
