What is YK11?
YK11 belongs to the group of selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs). Basically what YK11 does is selectively bind to the androgen receptors in the muscle and bones. By doing so, it will greatly increase the ability to build lean muscle mass. Because of the fact that YK-11 is selective in its actions, you won’t experience a lot of side effects when experimenting with this SARM.
It also said that YK11 has the ability to reduce myostatin activity, making it a myostatin inhibitor. The YK-11 sarm is definitely one of the strongest ones out there. You can’t really compare YK to LGD-4033 or any other SARM because of how strong it is.
However, even though YK-11 is incredibly strong keep in mind that there have been only a few studies done with this compound. This is the main reason most people seem to rather go with a SARM such as Ostamuscle, RAD-140 or GW-501516.
The Optimal YK11 Dosage
It’s really hard to say what the best YK11 dosage is. Most users claim that the best YK11 dosage is between 5 and 10mg. A lot of people will say that 15-20mg is too much and you won’t see better than results than when doing 10mg a day.
On the other hand, I have read logs of people experimenting with higher dosages of YK-11 and they ended up having great results with no side effects. Some users even stack YK-11 alongside other SARMs which is something I suggest you don’t do.
There seem to be many different opinions on the YK11 dosage and through experimenting, you will have to find out what the sweet spot is.
In my opinion, it’s a good idea to start out with a relatively low dosage of 5mg of YK-11 per day to see how you react to the compound. It’s better to be safe than sorry.
What does a YK-11 Cycle look like?
A typical YK11 cycle will look something like the following:
The first cycle example is often used by people that are new to researching with YK-11. You will see people use a higher dose during their first run, but it’s not really recommended.
The second YK11 cycle example is for experienced researchers. The dosage is significantly higher and the cycle length is also longer. Keep in mind that these are just examples I have found on various forums.
It is also recommended to run a SARMs PCT after a YK11 cycle.
The YK11 results are absolutely amazing, it seems to have anabolic effects on both muscle and bone tissue. I have seen a lot of SARM before and after progress pictures, and the main thing I noticed was that people that used YK-11 seemed to have the best results. If you are wondering why it’s because YK11 is considered to be the strongest SARM available.
You can easily pack on 10lbs of muscle with a cycle of YK11. If you have been lifting for a while you will know how much 10lbs of lean muscle mass actually is. This takes ages to attain naturally. A lot of users also report crazy strength gains whilst researching with YK.
That’s a huge plus because with extra strength you are able to stimulate more muscle fibres, mainly because of the extra workload. Users claim that you will even experience drastic results at dosages as low as 5mg YK11 per day.
Diet and workout program also play a huge role in the YK-11 results. You definitely want to have those in check before even considering experimenting with the YK11 sarm.
YK11 Before And After
The YK11 Before and After pictures I have seen are very impressive. I knew it was a strong compound, but the pictures really show YK’s true potential.
Here is what a typical YK11 before and after progress picture looks like. The left picture was taken before the YK11 cycle and the right one roughly 4 weeks after his cycle.
As you can see, this guy packed on a serious amount of lean muscle mass. This progress picture gives you a great idea of what you can expect from the YK11 sarm. It is a very strong and effective compound which can help pack on muscle and strength within no-time.
It’s also worth mentioning that this guy obviously has his diet and training in check. By doing so you will have even more impressive results with YK.
There is little information available on the half-life of YK11. Anecdotal experiences tell us that YK11 half-life is relatively short, meaning it should be dosed multiple times per day for optimal results.
The main reason you want to be dosing YK-11 multiple times per day is to make sure you have stable levels of the compound in your system. This will also help you get the most out of your YK11 cycle.
Let’s say you are experimenting with 10mg of YK11 per day. In this scenario, the best option would be to dose 5mg in the morning and 5mg in the early evening.
Does YK11 Have Side Effects?
First of all, the dosage has a huge impact on the potential side effects. The higher the dosage, the more you will increase the risk of experiencing side effects.
Usually, SARMs don’t really carry any serious side effects but with YK it seems to be a tad different. Because YK11 is so extremely strong there have been people who have experienced side effects when experimenting with this compound. It’s even being said that it’s is considered to be anabolic.
The most reported side effect seems to be aggression. Some people also claim that YK suppresses natural hormone production. This is why often a PCT is recommended after experimenting with YK.
There is also no information available on whether YK11 is liver toxic or not. This bodybuilder decided to take a high dosage of YK for a week and the results were pretty amazing. Make sure to check out his full experience.

The YK Sarm basically had no impact on his liver values at all. From other reviews, it also seems that YK11 has the ability to negatively impact blood pressure. Which means that when you experiment with it, your blood pressure will most likely increase.
Again, this is just based on anecdotal experiences found online. Everybody is different and each individual might experience different YK11 side effects.
YK11 Review By Real Users
It was quite difficult to find a legitimate YK11 review. I wanted to provide you guys with real results that can be attained with using the YK sarm. The following review gives you a good idea of what YK-11 can do.
4 weeks of YK-11 at 5mg a day. Next cycle of this SARM will be 8 weeks. I decided to go with a lower dosage because I wanted to see how strong it was. I’ve had friends use this SARM and they all had great results. I ate in a slight caloric surplus. Here are my measurements taken without a pump, before and after the cycle.
This guy gained 5,4 Pounds of lean muscle whilst losing 2% body fat. All his measurements increased and he gained quite a lot of size in a short period of time.
I experienced slight lethargy but that was all. My joints ended up hurting at the end of the cycle because I gained quite some strength aswell.
YK-11 is a great SARM and I am satisfied with the results I have gotten. Remember, this was only a 4 week cycle at a low dosage. My diet was also pretty bad, I feel if i had my diet on point the results would be even better.
What is My Opinion On YK11?
To be honest with you, I’m not a big fan of this compound. Yes, it’s considered to be a very strong and effective compound but the research is very limited. To put things in perspective, research has shown YK11 is potentially stronger than DHT. I’d much rather go with a SARM like Ostarine because there is a lot more research available. I have also heard people experience very increased aggression as if they were on Trenbolone. For me personally, there are much better alternatives.
YK11 For Sale
There’s not a lot of vendors left that have YK11 for sale. My personal recommendation would be Sarms4You. Mainly because they have third-party results available for the products they sell.
Not a lot of vendors actually test their products because it is very expensive and they probably don’t sell real YK.
YK is a really strong compound. Unfortunately, there isn’t a lot of information available on YK which should make you consider using a different SARM. In my opinion, there are better and safer alternatives to this compound. Personally, I have had great results with Ostamuscle and LGD4033.
